"I went to them to resolve my mental health issues. They knew i was having a nervous breakdown and needed immense help. With my mind being scattered and them not sending me a reminder for an appointment, They charged me for an appointment I didn't even know I had. $125 to be exact!! Instead of giving me 1 chance to say I did not remember I had an appointment can we please reschedule. They just went ahead and charged me a ridiculous amount. Most doctors give you 3 chances then fire you as a patient. Mind you the appointment I missed was only my second appointment with them. It was not like I was a repeat offender and missing a bunch of appointments!!!!!"
