"Mandy is great, but they have a 24hr cancellation policy, else be charged a $85 broken appointment fee... but this doesn't go both ways. They cancelled on me for 5 consecutive appointments between May 24, 2023 - July 19, 2023. For the May 24th appointment they called to cancel just 50 minutes before my appointment. I live over an hour away and was already in town for the appointment when they called to cancel. So then I missed a September, 2023 appointment. I'd had a major surgery on August 10, 2023 and was still in recovery so quite frankly had forgotten about my appointment (should not have scheduled post-surgery appointments pre-surgery). Needless to say I received an $85 broken appointment statement. When I called to pay, out of curiosity I asked if the broken appointment policy worked both ways. Without the slightest hesitation, the rep says "no". I'm a nice guy, so I paid anyway. But that's pretty shady in my opinion. I have to give 24hr cancellation notice or be charged $85, but Crossroads can cancel on me just 50 minutes before my appointment yet I don't get a credit any consideration for the one appointment that I forgot to cancel. I won't be back."

"Kira is very insecure. Not queer and/or trans friendly. Tried to get me to detransion and she insulted my clothes after my last visit. Went there years ago for my anxiety (saw the old bald guy) and told me to pray about it bc worrying is a sin and it's all in my head"

"Beyond frustrated. I had my appointment two weeks Ago and I was told that my paperwork would be sent over to my doctor Monday of this week. I set an appointment up with my doctor for today. My doctor is not able to help me due to no paperwork being sent. I call this office and they advise the counselor I seen is on vacation and also the manager/owner is on vacation as well. I don’t understand why I was told something if it wasn’t going to be done. I’m struggling and needed to have everything done for my appointment today. So now here it is I’m going to have to see if I can miss another day of work to come back to the doctor. Today was a waste of gas and time due to this office’s inconveniences."

"3 stars -5 stars to the counselor I see. She's so nice and understanding. -1 star (I wish I could give ZERO STARS) to the billing department. They seriously don't like to give refunds, even though they've been overpaid..3 times! And I've requested a refund 3 separate times. Get it together."

"I have been seeing Carmella Broome for almost two years now. She is an absolutely amazing, compassionate, and funny counselor to have. She never makes me feel judged or like a bad person. And as for the reception - I absolutely love the receptionist. Kim is sweet, funny, and cares about me too. You are welcomed by everyone at Crossroads. It has definitely been my best experience with counseling."
