It’s sad because jessi was so good but I wouldn’t recommend them. For being a councilng office I think Becky their front desk manager needs her attitude fixed!"

"This establishment is rude and unwelcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They have a policy to cancel two days before the appointment or they drop you as a client. So I complied. I changed my daughters appointment for mlk day due to it being a National holiday, and I received a confirmation of the rescheduling. However, today, Hannah went back on her written word and canceled my apply for next week because she didn’t like that I rescheduled last week like I was told my her, herself to do. Hannah is unhelpful, rude and non compliant. Do not waste your time and money. Find someone with more experience and better credentials."

"Very caring counselors who are supportive of needs. The office manager was so warm and compassionate which created a welcoming environment before even walking through the door. The pandemic has created such a back log in the mental health system and I’m thankful this practice is available in our community!"

"Willing to take thousands from me and my wife for very littler in return. The therapist we worked with left to start their own practice and the owner told us she didn’t have time to work with us and suggested others. Frustrating to spend so much money with this company just to have to go somewhere else and start all over. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your therapy needs. Update: Was “accidentally” charged a month later for a session I never had, no receipt was sent. If I hadn’t checked my bank account I would have never known. Then the “Clinical Director” Melinda had the nerve to call and harass my wife to complain about my very honest review and threaten to call the police on us when they are the ones who attempted to steal from us. Very unprofessional! Update 2: Apparently asking for fraudulent charges to be reversed or leaving a bad review on Google is “threatening” to this place? What a joke!"
