H&R Block

"I have used H&R Block for a number of years back home. We moved to this area August of ‘23. I figured I would get the same friendly service that I was use to getting back “home”. Wrong. The man who waited on me made me extremely uncomfortable. He looked at my taxes and continued to question me HOW I took care of my child on so little money. I was quizzed continually on how I paid my bills. Okay, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. He also told me that if I submitted my taxes that the IRS would come after me because I didn’t have enough money to take care of my child. I’ve only worked this current job since October of ‘23 and it’s NONE of his business HOW I take care of my child. I have reported this to the H&R Block customer care line as a formal complaint. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I’ll definitely spread the word about this. Nobody deserves to be treated the way this “man” treated me. Shame on you."
