"I went to Gayle based on a recommendation from coworkers and it was a huge mistake. She first filed an extension which isn't a big deal in itself, but did not notify me beforehand, which is an issue. I did not find this out until I called her office myself because I hadn't heard from her at all by the time I was told I would. I asked her to take down my email since I had called previously and not had my call returned, and asked to be contacted that way since I thought it might be a more reliable contact method. During that call I was told everything would be handled late April or by the 3rd of May and to expect an email then, but today I called again because I still hadn't been contacted AGAIN. During this call, Gayle said she had no email for me on file, and told me I should come pick up my tax paperwork and file elsewhere, as well as wouldn't hear anything I had to say because she was yelling at me. When I asked how this was appropriate, she hung up on me. I will never, never, never use this agent again and caution anyone else who considers working with her."
