"We had the BEST experience here getting my 5-year-old’s ears pierced. She was really nervous and it took her a long time in the store to finish getting the piercing done but everyone working was more than patient and caring. Carliya ended up piercing her and she went above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and also wait until she was ready. I would 100% recommend going here for the time and compassion they give to each customer. We will definitely be returning when it’s time for my next daughter to get her ears pierced!"

"I went in the store Monday, June 21st with my son to get his ear pierced. There was a family ahead of us getting a piercing as well as customers just shopping. There was only one employee working and she worked the entire store. She had to do the piercings a well as assist the other customers and run the register. She was AWESOME. She was very patient and friendly and I was super impressed with how she was able to handle all of us and giving great customer service. I sure hope she's getting the pay that 2-3 employees would be paid as she was definitely doing the job of 2-3."
"Went to get my 1 yr old granddaughters ears pierced. The young lady that did the piercing did a really great job, she didn't even cry, and that was my biggest concern. So if you are thinking about getting your child's ears pierced, this is the place. It was so quick and basically painless. We went out to dinner right after, she didn't even mess with her ears. Great job."
