"We were told they charge 125-255 MAX . We paid EXACTLY $610 total to get our taxes done. Which is 2 "seperate returns". We called multiple times to check on my husbands who only had ONE w2, rented a home, and sold a home. However. No one ever had an update and couldn't even give us a time frame for when his taxes would be complete. It didn't seem they knew what they were doing with his documents. Even thought they lost his documents and wanted us to get a copy of his W2. They claim his taxes were more than their MAX (which no one even communicated that we would be paying MORE) because the owner had to review them but made absolutely no changes that I could see. Knowing the first day the taxes he owed was the SAME amount that he owed when we came back... We have never paid this much to get taxes done and still had to wait a week for my husbands."
