"One of the nicest and cleanest nursing homes. Took very good care of my mother, very nice people."
"My boyfriends dad works here and its terrible. We have all gotten sick multiple times from him working here because obviously the cleanliness and sanitation of this nursing home is terrible. We got covid and the flu from him working there. The residents are also not treated amazing by the employees. This nursing home needs to be shut down."
"This place is terrible. Management is the worst. Cameron and Brittany don't deserve the jobs they occupy! This facility allowed my aunt to fall out of a wheelchair on her face onto a concrete floor. My entire family has made several attempts to contact management at the facility with absolutely no success. She was sent to the ER and still to this day, no family has been contacted to inform us on the fall or the ER trip. My aunt died today so I hope the coroner can get more answers than we did."
"Keep visiting your family members that go here because that shows them that you care. They will take better care of people that stay here if they see and know that the family visits often."
"I'm giving this facility a 5 star. I had a family friend that had to do rehab here several times for different reasons about 8 years ago and the nurse she had was wonderful to her. This nurse worked 1st and sometimes 2nd shift. Anytime I needed to check on her at any time of day or night the staff would let me know of all the updates. I think that as long as you visit your loved one OFTEN then, the staff is more friendly. As long as you don't care about your loved one being in a nursing home then, chances are the nurses are going to do the same thing. Always visit and call often to check up on your family."
