"My husband was having problems with his phone not charging. He took it to the 'phone store' and got another one. In order to retrieve the information from the old phone it had to be powered on. So we took it to Batteries+ and the young man said the charging port just needed cleaning. He was so right (jaw-dropping moment). It charged fine and my husband was able to retrieve his information. The young man will so knowledgeable and courteous and we just like to thank him for all the help he provided....and the added information he gave us. I regret that I do not remember his name."
