"I used to use this company occasionally when I was a chef, they were very helpful in commercial application. In my home use, thankfully I've had less opportunity to need a plumber but each and every time I have used Jenkins they have delivered well over and above my expectation in both performance and attitude. So many local vendors are only in it for today's payday. Jenkins is building relationships over time. I've had a relationship with them for a very long time now and today they delivered again with another five-star customer service performance. When I came to leave this review I saw that their average was somehow below four stars. That's hard for me to imagine. Four stars seems like an insult based on each and every experience I've had with the company. Eric is THE MAN."

"Incompetent & incredibly rude. We've had 3 different guys now and they are all the WORST individuals of any company that has ever come to our home. Told us there was no problem repeatedly until pressed and finally after further testing they were in the wrong. Do NOT use this company, reviews speak for themselves. I'm in people's homes all day for my job as well and it is shocking the way they represent themselves."

"I contacted this company, gave the details of my job to fix a simple PVC pipe(in my crawl space), waited 6 weeks just to be told they cannot do it. I was told by the serviceman that he had declined a job that same day from someone else. If your job is not easy, these are not the people doing it."
