"American Home Shield sent this company out to fix my sewer clog. The owner, Rodney West, came out to fix my problem. He was on time so I’ll give him that credit. He only had his snake on the truck; however, he didn’t have an extension cord to plug it in so I loaned him mine. He didn’t have a camera to see what was going on or even know where the clog was; nor did he have the cutter tool to cut thru whatever was causing the problem. His words….Because he had been in this business for so long, he could hear the sound his snake was making under the grass and dirt and determined that roots were in the pipe. He said he’d have to call someone who had the tools to fix my problem and would let me know. I waited patiently in my house for him to walk up to the door and let me know. To my astonishment, he left without a word. I tried calling him but went straight to voicemail and couldn’t leave a message because his mailbox was full. I called the 2 phone numbers on his busy card—1st was disconnected & 2nd one went to his answering service. He finally called me back and said according to “Kenny”, insurance wouldn’t pay to remove roots from my pipe. Kenny happens to be his brother and could come do it for me. The more we talked, the more arrogant and condescending he got. Very unprofessional for the owner of a company. Finally he told me that he’s going to call his brother and tell him not to help me out. I wasn’t about to call his brother to do any work for me after the way he talked to me. I ended the conversation. He was there for less than 30 minutes and didn’t do a damn thing to fix my problem. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I called AHS and told them what happened and highly suggested that they remove this company from their list of suppliers. This man is a scammer and will take your money in a heartbeat and then high tail it out of dodge!!! He doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating!!"

"As a retired military veteran, I live on a fixed income. I have a leak in the ceiling coming from my children’s bathroom upstairs. I have choice home warranty and they set a schedule with this company in which Affordable Plumbing Inc. never showed for their appointment nor would they return my five phone calls. I finial had my home warranty go with someone else."

"Used this plumber through choice home warranty...u will not get your work done. He will take your $65 and run into the night! I ended up paying roto-rooter 300. He didn't want to dig 1 foot into the ground for my main plumbing line. There is no other way to unclog mail lines. If you are referred to this plumber through choice home warranty call and cancel him. U will loose your $65 and end up paying an outside company."

"I used them through Choice Warranty. They found the problems, a crack in the water heater which was replaced. Then there was a gas valve leak they didn't report to Choice, therefore Choice wanted nothing to do with it. The owner of affordable plumbing said to me that he would fix it and that he needed a part he had to order, which wasn't correct. I tried getting in touch with him several times, since about 2 weeks flew by. He would not answer any phone calls or text you to let you know what was pending. I finally gave up on him. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON.THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE."
