"Firstly, the lesser of two complaints. I arrived at the store at 8:30AM, thirty minutes past opening, and the doors were locked, with a sign that read "Back in 10min". After 12 minutes of waiting, i tried the doors again and gave a loud knock, and only then did an employee emerge from the back room. After being let in, I gave him the cellphone I needed repaired and, after punching the details into his computer, the employee claimed that the phone was "too new" for them to be repaired, that they didn't have access to the parts. This claim is ridiculous. The phone, a Samsung Galaxy A52s, is two and a half years old at this point, and the internet is lousy with spare parts available and tutorials on how to do the replacement, so I will do it myself."
"DON'T GO HERE. This place is a scam for phone repairs. First of all I got my cracked screen repaired only to have to take it back a week later for another repair because it quit working. On the second repair is stopped working again after 2 months. I figured at this point I might as well fix it my self. These were my findings. 1.The battery install is wrong and it rubs on the back side of the screen. 2. They didn't even touch the water seal even though it's suppose to get replaced with the screen. This led to some places having no seal and some have a huge ball of it. 3. Because of that the screen never sat flat in the first place which was why it was so iffy on touch sensitivity and didn't work as good as when I first brought it in. 4. It's dirty as heck with filings from their last repair from the removable plastic that comes with a new screen. I bought a whole new phone because it quit working and it turns out I didn't even need too. It took me a less than 30 minute repair to get it working like it just came from the factory. They'be replaced the screen twice and messed it up twice. I repeat. This place doesn't do phone repairs well. These images show how half hearted and lazy they were with the repair. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SCREEN REPAIR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. At this point even I'd repair your phone for the cost of parts (usually 20 bucks) with 20 bucks on top as a service charge. That's a helluva discount compared to their $100 half done phone repairs."
"Professional and courteous service. Parts were in stock and the turnaround time was consistent with the estimate time. Special shout-out to Brandon! All in all a very pleasant experience."
"Salesman was very helpful and polite. Installed the batteries in my diabetic TouchOne for me. Never have I had anyone to change the batteries without me asking. I appreciated that."
