Sean answered the phone and was so friendly and helpful, and then Sutton came out and did an amazing job. He serviced both my heat pump & condenser system, and the dehumidifier in the basement. He also fixed my Nest thermostat settings (which I set incorrectly!), recommended an electrician, helped me order the correct filters online, and then took the time to walk me through everything he did. Couldn’t recommend Sing more highly!"

He could have been less than honest with me and told me I needed to replace an expensive component off the bat but he didn’t- he tried and was successful at getting the heat working without replacing the component (and let me know that if the problem continued, we’d likely have to replace that part). He was very thorough, and triple checked that everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his efforts."
