"Go to h&r block. They get the right amount but then convince you to take an expensive net spend card so they can give you an advance then deny it. Why they don't even know because they get my $6300 refund before me plus I have good credit. Just use taxslayer or hr block they don't mislead you Here we ate now I filed jan.28 and today 0n 3/8 the irs claims they don't have them they won't answer questions stay far far away they stole over $6000 of my taxes"
"Got a call, asked for Michael, my name, said my account is due. I said I don't owe you anything. Lady said she was manager got attitude saying you said you were michael, and hung up. I am a Sr., Called back and still rude. I advised her it was probably my son's account. She confirmed his number was not same as mine. I told her to call him. Not a very good way to get money owed to a company and get people to come back. I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with this lady."
