"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! I paid for a diagnostic on my computer and I replaced the part he claimed was the issue. I returned to ask for help and he and explain that I believed his diagnosis was wrong. He began yelling in my face! His wife made a comment and the man turns to her and starts SCREAMING at her! Yelling at her to,”SHUT UP!” and “STOP TALKING!”. Absolutely unbelievable. I told him I didn’t believe I received the service I paid for and that I wanted my money back. Obviously he refused and told me to leave. This whole time I was in uniform as I had just gotten off work and his shop is on the same road as base. Completely disrespectful to myself and his wife and has some obvious anger issues!"
