"They like taking your car for service and not telling you that it’s going to be there for three or four days before they even know what’s wrong with it. Just got a car from there used and May 2023. On November 12 I found out my heads on the truck are gone. This truck only has 139,000 miles on it. Ever since I purchased this vehicle from them, I’ve had nothing but issues, so this means that their service department didn’t do a closer. Look at this truck prior to putting it on a lot. That speaks for your service center, your general manager, and your sales people. If you are not purchasing a new truck from here, I wouldn’t risk it. But after this, I’ll never purchase anything from any kind Rick Hendrix around."
