"Called Lowe's for service on a dishwasher that was 4 years old which quoted me a price however, once Sloan got to my residence, they jacked the price up 40 more dollars for a service fee did not tell me what was wrong with the unit because I complaint about fee but seeing I was disabled and elderly they told me I still had to pay the fee. I feel like they took advantage of me and I will be contacting Lowes and yelp to continue to voice my concerns"
"Our washer was 7 months old when the piece that holds the lid down broke - so the machine didn’t recognize that the lid was closed & wouldn’t run. We were given (originally) a 4-hr window. I received a text about 2 hrs into the window saying Matt would be here within 10 minutes. He arrived on time & with the part in hand! He replaced it in less than 1 minute - no joke! He made sure the machine recognized the new part & we were back in business! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Matt!!!"
