"I'm experience wasn't professional by cashier nor the Manager I notified. While standing in line to purchase a laptop charger the cashier walks off. New cashier approaches and addresses the customer behind me. Notified Manager in the front of store but I had to stand in line waiting for him to complete a transaction. He tells me that I need to go to another cashier. He is standing at an active register. Said what I felt and Left. That's how my day after Thanksgiving began."
"I had a very pleasant experience here. My laptop's driver was crashing and I brought my device in. Yes, they do have a couple days for turnaround, mine took about 4 days to get done. But, everything seems to be working great and they made sure to run over all the possibilities with me before leaving my laptop there. Paul was working both times I was there with a smile. Great service."
"Worst experience in my life. I would give 0 stars if possible. I sent in my camera to get it fixed early December. No updates on the tracking number for over two weeks. I finally call 6 weeks after sending it in and they tell me that they are just waiting for approval for an ridiculous high amount. I canceled and it took another 3 weeks, 4 calls and two trips to get it finally back. Guess what, the body was damaged and all I received was a refund of the shipping cost. I should have gone with canon right away. Never, ever again!!!"
"Normally I have no issues with Geek Squad when it comes to getting devices repaired and replace BUT this is the first time I’m dealing with the West Ashley, SC location. I dropped my Tv off at this store over a week ago to get fixed. I received a tracking number later that day I by email. That tracking number hasn’t been updated in 5 days and I haven’t received and phone calls form them so I decided to call this store’s Geek Squad Center. I was transferred over by employees 4 times before I was sent to customer service. I explained my experience to the guy that answered the phone and he said “sooo... you have a device here or something” with no compassion or consideration about my experience in order to rush me off the phone. I was going to tell him “I wasn’t calling to order a pizza” He then put me on hold and when he finally came back to the call he STILL didn’t help me. Now I have to DRIVE TO THIS STORE! Please don’t deal with this location!"
"I went there to fix my battery and screen, when they returned it the 3D touch and the Touch Id were damaged, however, I got a new phone. I am giving 5 starts, because, the representative that helped me was the most knowledgeable, kind and polite person I ever had, he was also super patient and very professional. He was with me through the whole process every step, making sure I had what I needed. He was perfect! Thank you so very much!"
