I hope whoever owns that cell number is Ok, but if so their service absolutely sucks. Update: it is absolutely amazing that my texts did not garner a reply over days, but I get an immediate response to a bad review. I wish I had gotten the respect due a customer that the other 45 had received, this probably would have been a different review. Additionally, Had you just owned up to the mistake and apologized, I would have edited this review appropriately. But based on your response, I think this review will stand as is. And one more thing, the cell number listed is on an android device using RCS, I saw the read response, so please do not lie about the texts not getting through. That is truly disappointing."
