"I went in for an annual and waited an hour. Dr. Ezman tried to shave off time by telling me I don’t need a pap done every year and can wait 3 years. She said this without looking at my chart. If she did she would see I had an irregular pap the year before. I’ve also had precancerous cells 20 years prior, my aunt also had cervical cancer which resulted in a hysterectomy in her 30’s. If I took her advise who knows what would have happened if I waited. My poor son could have been an orphan. I went in today to have a follow up discussion on moving forward. As I was waiting some women came in and said "do you need my insurance card I was just here this morning" well she was there for my doctor also. So they took her first. I let 15 mins pass and told them I've been waiting 15 mins past my appointment and got bumped by the women that was here this morning. I said I have 5 mins. They said they would go look into it and told me she will be done in 5. Well to make me feel like that's the truth they took me into a room a few mins later and let me sit there. I'm not dumb! So 35 mins after my appointment I walked out. They don’t care about your time, your appointment or your health and it’s highly irresponsible for a health institution"
