"Just purchased a phone from the statesboro location very unprofessional. Her daughter sold me the phone and told me that it was a white dot on the screen and if something happens to bring it to the Savannah location because that is where I live. Well after visiting not even a week having the phone, she says it had to be dropped when the phone was on the charger and after removing it the screen wouldn’t work! Wanted to charge me to fix it when she says a hair line crack was on it which as it wasn’t until we showed up here. Literally the screen protector wasn’t even broken! Extremely unprofessional never doing business again. I’ll take my money else where to get it fixed because they knew it was a problem and still sold it!"
