"Worst appliance repair experience I ever had. Avoid at all costs. The repairman on my service call did not diagnose my warranty covered problem, and blamed it on customer error, and charged me for the visit. It was later fixed by another co. Brenda in the office lied to me about sending a refund, and later was very disrespectful and hung up on me."
"I will not use them again. They only warranty their labor for 30 days so if your appliance isn’t fixed right the first time- you’re out of luck. Also I was never made aware of that policy up front."

"Needed a Bosch certified vendor to take a look at my ice maker. They called me the night before appt to verify it was still scheduled. Then called me right on time in am to notify me they were on the way. 2 guys came, knew exactly what they were doing and made the repair quickly. Couldn't have been nicer."
"Extremely incompetent and unresponsive (unless you enjoy 2-3 week periods between attempts to repair). It has been 6 weeks since they were first dispatched from Electrolux to repair a brand new washer and we are still going to the laundry mat. Apparently they keep “receiving” the wrong parts to repair the unit. The latest service call resulted in them breaking the door to get the correct model number. Not my choice. Will never be my choice."
