"I can’t speak highly enough about this place. I brought my boat in due to a major oil leak. I wasn’t sure where it was coming from but I knew it was bad. "Gave Elliott a shot at my GW 282 Sailfish with Twin 200 HPDI's. Was very happy with his thoroughness, detailed explanations of the services performed, and problems solved. When you talk to Elliott you know immediately he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. I got a really bad batch of gas my last time out and needed the fuel system to be evaluated and checked. Elliott checked my entire fuel system and replaced a failing fuel pump (a result of water sitting in the fuel system too long). This being my first full year with my new (to me) boat there were numerous "kinks" to be worked out due to previous owner neglect. I've had her in and out at a couple of "the best" dealership shops so I have plenty of shop experiences to compare. Elliott has earned my business on any future boat service needs. When you're boat runs through several shops and it's missed that the charging system was wired incorrectly, or that your cranking batteries are old and have half the Reserve Capacity recommended by yamaha, it makes me appreciate his thoroughness and competence even more. When he has explanations for a problem that makes a lot of sense that others did not even mention, it makes me appreciate his knowledge even more. When you go with Elliott you're paying for his knowledge and creativity in solving problems with boat engines and components rather than paying for a lot of overhead on big shops/large lots and mechanics you don't even get the chance to speak with."
