Insomnia Cookies

"I avoid giving poor reviews, but frfr they're just phoning it in here. Tried to use the app to get points, asked employee for help, was told we'd be able to add the receipt afterwards. NOT TRUE. "I don't know" is a totally acceptable answer to me. Lies are not. Employee even said they were unfamiliar with the app, but still gave us misinformation. Unacceptable. Train your employees better before you leave them alone. Cookies were okay but overpriced. It's a gimmick. Next time I'll just get cookie dough. Won't be back."

"So me and my wife were door dashing and we got and order from here and we were like yeah we wanna try a cookie so i got a double chocolate mint and she got a triple chocolate cookie and i just have to say hands down the best cookies ever the mint was not over powering like with mint cookies and the cookies were fresh and warm i can not recommend this place enough"

"I love these cookies. They are always baked fresh and so soft and good. I drive 30 minutes away to get to these cookies. They have new seasonal cookies that I always like to try. They also deliver at certain locations. I also like the fact that they stay open late at night. On the weekends they stay open til 3am at most locations. Trust me you will not regret them."

"First off... THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING!!! No exaggeration! And the plus to these cookies are that they are deliverable until 3AM with a minimum purchase of $6 (which I just found out which is why I finally decided to try them) Not gonna lie, they are a bit pricey but they are totally worth every penny... I ordered a box of 6 and tried different flavors. My favorites are the Double Chocolate Chunk and the Snickerdoodle- they are sooooo delicious."

"I had a pretty basic experience as far as customer service. The manager was conducting an interview right in the dining area which I think is a bit unprofessional I personally don't want random strangers unwillingly listening in if I were being interviewed. Anyway I got a deluxe peanut butter cookie which was delicious until I found what looked to be like a fish bone in my mouth after taking a bite. I did the emailing and calling back and forth with Insomnia customer service about the situation. they offered some free cookies and apologized and assured me they would look into it. I declined the cookie offer. Idk about you but I don't think free cookies make up for potentially choking on a sharp object that was found in a cookie that I pulled out of my mouth. The pictures of the cookie and the sharp object are there for you to be the judge. I wont be going back."
