"Arrived 1 hr 45 mins late..not happy to have to take off all day because of an 8-5 appt window for Home Warranty customers (not his fault), however, he did not repair the dryer because he couldn't find the model number..never offered a hypothesis or tried to troubleshoot..simply took photos of the back of the washer seeking the model number..all of 10 mins./less than 10 words. Not friendly..had to ask his name..didn't seem to want to be there."
