"Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier."

Service on my laptop was turned away because my laptop was "too old".. it is 5 years old. All that needed to be done was replacing my D/C port but the technician refused.
