"Tony & Rick came by to install my microwave/oven wall unit. Tony gave me a call 1-hr out notifying me of the ETA. They arrived promptly and completely my installation in less than one-hour. Their customer service was exemplary. They were professional, friendly, and patient demonstrating step-by-step instructions how to use my new appliances. They could have easily said, “here’s your manual,” but they didn’t. If you need installation or repairs on your appliances.. Star Appliance Repairs is your place. I will definitely use them again. "The absolute worst. Told me it would cost $400.00 in parts and 200.00 in labor. Charged me $94.00 for the service call and did nothing. Had another company come charged $80.00 for one part and $125.00 labor. Stay away from these crooks. YOUR Repair person did not show me what parts were needed. The only part that was needed cost 80.00 not the entire system. Your guy Stephen was wrong. He did not have a clue what was needed. He all so charged me 94.00 after telling me it would be 90.00. Did not say there was a fee for credit cards. I only needed one part to fix the freezer. I agree that you have to make a living but an honest repair would make that better for everyone. Told me my best bet would be to buy a new freezer."

"They never answer the phone or return messages. American Home Services hired Star Services to fix my dishwasher. I tried to call a few times and left two messages over the next month with no response. They called after a month and were surprised that I was frustrated. It’s been 36 days since the technician was at my house and my dishwasher is still not fixed. The home warranty company says the parts were delivered on 10/5. The whole experience with the home warranty company and star services has been a joke."

"Very easy to book and came out quickly. However, all he did was sweep behind my fridge. I had to ask him to remove the panel to inspect dust buildup on the coils. He did not tell me there would be an extra cost before he swept, only to clean the coils, which was not done. Was told that if sweeping did not work, I would just need to buy a new fridge. Was charged $30 extra and he argued with me about it. I have no problem with paying for services but $119 to sweep behind my fridge and then argue with me about it is rude and very disappointing. I would recommend finding someone more courteous and professional."

"They came out to look at our oven on June 23rd. The tech was on time and friendly. Took a look and said what the problem was and needed 50% deposit (which is pretty standard) so I paid $230. He said the part was ordered and should be in within 2 or 3 days and they would call when it arrived to schedule an appointment to install. The last time we heard from them was when the tech left that day. We have tried to call numerous times with no answer and left several messages with no call back. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY!!"
