"After our prop shaft broke for the second time and had to be towed there, they made us feel welcome and their professionalism made us feel like they would get to the bottom of our prop problem - which they absolutely did. The customer service was over the top, the best we’ve seen on this trip (The Great Loop). We also had a new dinghy delivered there while waiting on parts and the guys in the service yard were quick to help in everything we needed to get it assembled and launched. Kristy, the service manager, offered to help us out with getting transportation to get groceries, etc. Great people! The marina is small, with plans for expansion, but nice with a great restaurant and bar on site. The gated community where this is located is beautiful."
