Within a week Jimmy was out to repair my damaged screen porch roof that had been damaged in a recent high wind event. I don't think I've ever had a more smooth experience with a repair contractor. From the ease of requesting an inspection, to the promptness of the quote, to the actual repair. Contractors are notorious for being hard to contact and poor to keep you informed about their work and lousy at being on time. Not so with Screenmobile. They kept me fully informed on when they would be here and who the staff member would be.....and they were always right on the money. Couldn't be more pleased."

My only sticking point is Screenmobile's method of communication with customers via email. Most people don't sit and look at email all day. I would think personal phone contact with customers would be better."
