"I went into this shop for some issues with my laptop. The young lady at the front was very pleasant and she ask me could she help me and I explain my problem and she wrote everything down and let me know that a tech would look at it sometime today and get back with me. I paid there fee for checking it out. So about two hours later Thomas the tech call me and told me what my problem was he also gave me the fee to resolve the problem and ask if I would like to have the work done. I told him yes and he responded and said that I would be able to pick my laptop up tomorrow. I must admit I did not expect to get such great service from this company after reading the reviews but I took a chance after going to Bestbuy and was not able to get any help but a offer to but a new laptop and my laptop was barely 2 years old. I would definitely tell you to try this company out if you are having computer issue."
