"Today was a gentleman with locs who was very unhelpful. Even down to point where he wouldn’t even contact his manager for help and the store just opened. Only respond was”oh I’m logged out and you can wait till Monday; my manager at Mall location might can help you.” What happened to the helpful people that use work here and actually tried even call management to try or would attempt to sign in system."

"While the young men working here are extremely nice and professional, my phone is not fixed after $200. They replaced my screen and I recieved it back with my GPS not working, even though it did work before turning my phone into them. My screen is now changing colors and fading again 2 months after the repair. They say they will fix it again after but I'm not convinced they will take responsibility for my GPS and probably charge me another $200 for one part. I expect my phone to work the first time, otherwise I'm convinced this is on purpose to bring customers back in. I regret spending $200 here and should've just used that to save for a new phone instead of coming here."

"Conner did a great job fixing the shattered glass on my iPad. I took it in on a Saturday morning and I pick up in perfect working condition on Monday morning. It actually was done on Sunday. Conner also gave me a good deal on a case and screen protector. Very pleased."

"I came into the store today really stressed out about my phone. I had broken a charger off into my charger port and it wouldn’t charge. And I run my business off my phone and cannot be without it. So I come into the store and I’m all stressed out and a young man named Connor was working today and he completely relieved my mind within seconds. My phone was fixed, new case and screen protector put on and it’s charging just fine. I will definitely be back when Connor is working because hes GREAT at his job and has a lot of knowledge about phone tech stuff and a I really enjoyed talking to him. If you ever have any problems I definitely recommend coming by the store and letting Conner help you. He really saved me today!! Thank you so much Conner!"
