"These people can’t fix anything! Had a dryer go out and they had to “order a part” that took 3 weeks to get it in. After waiting for it to be fixed Miraculously the washer broke after they got done. They came 4 times after this to check in & our clothes were drenched each and every time they “fixed” it. We went 3 months without a washer & dryer in our apartment. Another awful experience with them in another apartment is with a dishwasher. He came to fix the dish washer detergent dispenser, because it wouldn’t lock. Once again they “fixed” it so I ran a cycle & to my surprise the pod falls out not used. In their second trip they left a note that said not to put pods in dispenser. Isn’t the dispensers purpose for washing detergent? I wouldn’t trust these folks to do anything if it was coming out of my pockets. 0 stars if I could."

"As soon as they were notified, they were at my house on the same day. At my convenience. As well as when the part arrived. Same day issue was resolved. Thanks for getting it done."

"I have always had great service from them. Their response time is prompt and service is good. I also think their prices are fair."

"I helped my mother in this situation. She has an old dishwasher, very old. They asked for the model number, came the following day, looked at it for 2 minutes, said it was too old and she needed to buy a new one. Took her $85 and was out in less than 5 minutes total. It's so frustrating dealing with unethical tradesmen. They new it was unfix-able before they even came out. But that's life unfortunately. I just want others to be aware of this in the future. If your dishwasher is very, very old and it's making noises, save your $85 and put it towards buying a new one, because its just a quick steal for them."
