"I called prior to going to the store and I was amazed that he run by appointments. Considering majority of the repair shops in Orangeburg are ran independently the method of setting appointments is brilliant and it makes the experience personable rather than transactional. Anyways I went inside because my phone randomly blacked out without warning come to find out from Martin it was my mother board. Instead of me getting that fixed I just got a new phone but I love that he was educating me on what was happening and gave suggestions. He was not eager to just take your money and I guess everyone else see that based off reviews. This was the most pleasant experience keep up the great work and I will definitely recommend Martin digital to anyone"

"This review is pretty lengthy but it is well worth the read... As a wide majority of people my age are, I am a very clumsy individual who often breaks things. After recklessly dropping my HP touchscreen laptop off of my raised bed onto hardwood floor, my screen was basically shattered on the edge and the frame was bent. Since I am a college student, it was dire that I got it fixed ASAP and Martin Digital was the first place to pop up that had good reviews. When I called, I was politely greeted and asked various question to decide what the next steps were in order for my device to be repaired. My laptop was then inspected for any other damages and the replacement screen was ordered the same day. Once the screen came about a week later, I dropped it off and it was then sent a before and after picture the next day (which was quite astounding). Unfortunately, an issue occurred with my laptop which was completely unrelated to the screen replacement but Mr. Martin took the time out of his day for several days to discover the underlying issue without hesitation whatsoever, which most people wouldn't do after the initial repair. Not only is this man is a literal computer genius, but he is understanding, flexible, and goes out of his way for his clients. I will go to him time and time again (hopefully I won't have to) and I will recommend him to ANYONE."
