"Always helpful and definitely always informing me of how my policies benefit me!"
"I set up a meeting through work right before enrollment ended in 2019 to see what services were available; but, after the meeting I waived all services because I wasn't interested at the time. I signed that I waved services and got my print out (please keep your print out for your records and protection!!!) on 10/29/19. So I look at my bank statement for my check that was deposited on 1/1/2020 and I have a deduction for services that I declined. This company fraudulently set up a draft when I declined all services. So now I have to wait for them to refund my money that I never authorized them to take in the first place and I had to take my time to complete a form and meeting with my HR to get this settled."
"absolute worst company to deal with. customer service is terrible. they are shady. and good luck trying to cancel policies through them, they will pass the buck and drag their feet costing you tons of money and time."
"Our School District uses their services to administer benefit packages to all employees in our system. They use an automated sign-up service to make appointments with benefits counselors. I was one of the first to use their automated services in our district and it turned out to be a royal cluster____. After straightening these problems out myself and helping our school district to solve that problem, I was finally able to make an appointment to change my benefits package. Unfortunately, I had to change my appointment day/time because my father passed away. After obtaining an appointment by having to call their Customer Services department, I had a day scheduled in my area to meet with them. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM. At 4:30 PM, I was still waiting in line with a colleague for my appointment. This colleague was schedule for the 3:15 PM time slot and she was still waiting, as well. She had an earlier appointment that morning where the benefits counselor was unable to help her and she had to come back later because the company's web portal was apparently down. I had to leave at 5 PM in order to attend my father's funeral. Unable to meet with a representative, I am stuck with the same benefits package for the next two years. This company has no respect for it's customers. I fully understand that they were the lowest bidder on our benefit administrators package. Lowest bidder usually means the highest incompetence!"
"This company has no respect for its insurance staff hired to service south carolina schools. They have a supervisor named Jack who uses intimation tactics in managing his staff."
