It had been stuck closed for weeks. He took the time to come out at the end of the day to make sure I was able to get the slide out so I can have my space back. As a full time rv-er it was extremely important to me and my pets to have that space back. He even took time to play with my dogs so they were comfortable with him here! "Palmetto RV is the BEST repair guy BY FAR that i have ever worked with (and we have worked with a few). Ward came out to look at our 5th wheel which had several issues when other repair people would not even return my phone call. He diagnosed the issues and was back within the week to care of what he could. We have also had an ongoing battle with an awning manufacturer and Ward is going ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would expect anyone to do for us.
