"Had a clog in my Sink, it was backing up. Called Foremost, they had an employee come out within a couple hours. The problem was diagnosed, price was quoted and repairs were commenced. Well fast forward about a week, the plumbing under the Sink came apart because it had not been installed properly. It was after hours, i called and LVM. Sarah called me back in less than 10 minutes, said she apologized and Russel the owner would be here shortly. He came in, saw the issue, apologized and said that person was no longer an employee of his as of that moment. He fixed the problem. He had walked away from grilling Dinner for his family to fix this. That is what Customer Service right there!! Problems will happen sometimes, what makes the difference is how you Handle it!!! Great folks!!!"

"I called Foremost to come give me an estimate on replacing several outdoor faucets. They came out fairly promptly and gave me an estimate free of charge. Jacob was very professional and courteous, and I felt he gave me a fair price. I didn't end up using their service, but only because they were busy to do it right away, and I found someone to do it more quickly."

"I recently purchased a home that Foremost replumbed a few years back. I had an issue come up with a grinder pump on a Sunday afternoon and reached out when they were closed. Obviously this was out of warranty but the owner reached out me me first thing on Monday morning and I had a representative on site within the hour. The rep that came out was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue in approx. 2 hours. The representative answered all of my questions and described to me in detail how my system works. I work in the construction industry and am shocked and pleased how fast this group helped solve my problem.
