"My garage spring snapped on a Friday afternoon (of course) I called no less than 8 companies. A few wouldnt pick up, most said "maybe see you Monday" and one said they would come but would NOT give any type of estimate. They had to be at your home to do that.(?) All other companies were only partially transparent on cost. ie "Springs MAY be this or that" and labor "will be possibly in this range or that range". I booked appt. for a "maybe monday" but made one more call to Empire. I got a clear concise quote for parts AND labor and even a Veteran discount for my husband! He said he would come no matter what heck or high water SAME DAY. He asked if coming late was ok , we said yes. This guy left at 8pm honored his price and discount and did a great job! Yes, I cancelled the maybe "monday appt" with the other guys. Thank you Empire for your transparency, integrity, honoring veterans and same day service! Semper Fi!"
