"I sought out Joy of St Croix to help me out with repairing a newly installed bathtub. They came out very quickly, and Moe did an outstanding job of walking me thru what would happen next. Unfortunately they seem to be very busy at the moment, possibly because they're very good at what they do, so my estimate came in almost 8 days after I expected it. Also unfortunately it was quite a bit higher than I'd been led to expect. Negotiations ensued but ultimately I chose not to work with them. I felt compelled to review positively because of the professionalism and detailed explanations Moe gave and the effort he put in to meet and exceed my expectations. The owner is also extremely knowledgable and helpful, despite us not agreeing on a final price."
