"This is the second time I used Busbee’s Plumbing. The first time he repaired a dripping faucet. The leak actually returned within a few weeks. Guess what? John came back and made it right. Things go wrong in construction. They do. It’s how people handle the things that go wrong that really count. After our first experience with John, I referred him to my dad. He made my dad happy, and I can’t even do that so that’s impressive. Now, my wife and I moved to Aiken and requested that Busbee come to our home to install a new toilet, rip out and re-install the water pipes behind the washer, and a new food disposal. He came out on a Saturday morning, and took care of everything in a timely fashion. He is so professional and knowledgeable of his craft. When he was done he cleaned his entire work area and left. Other than the great work he did, you would never know he was even there."
