"I had an encounter with someone who is supposed to be a customer service rep at this office ”Ms Lisa MACK” and I must say out of my 29 years of living I’ve never had someone in customer service talk to me the way she did I mean just rude for absolutely no reason at all. I even asked her who she was talking to because for a minute I thought we might’ve knew each other or had past encounters. I will be going above and beyond to report her personally every single day if I need to until something is done if she talked to me like this today I can only imagine who else she talks to or has attempted to talk to in the manner she did today. It’s really unacceptable and she shouldn’t be in customer service with that attitude. Your in the people business it’s always HOW you say something not necessarily what you say and to respond with “this is just how I talk” when called out about the behavior made things worse. She argued with me for about two minutes before I had to eventually take control over the call and tell her have a blessed day. It’s giving miserable!! If I have to report this company and her alone to the BBB every single day that is what I will do!!"

"Lisa Mack is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. No empathy and no remorse for anything. When i told her that her tone and way of speaking to people was rude she told me she couldn’t help it. And what’s crazy is that everything that she told me i couldn’t do and was so rude about i ended up speaking to owner and getting. Over the three years I’ve been a customer i have not once missed a payment: had surgery and had complications and was out of work and she totally was just so rude about it. For a family business it will be her that make it go down drain. Told her i had more than half payment . Had total payment beside interest and her response was that i was basically trying to do what i want and pay what i want when it’s a paper trail saying i paid what my contract states. They are so much better without her. And don’t worry TikTok will do it’s job! It is a way of talking to people and it ain’t gone stop until she get the wrong person on other side . When i say this company will be so much better without her i would hate to see it go down the drain because of some one who can’t get it together"

"Everyone in First Financial Of Charleston, is super friendly, helpful, informative, professional and understanding. I just signed my contract for my auto loan, in office, with the actual owner today. I definitely and highly recommend them. As long as you’re honest and upfront with them, they will do everything in their power to help you and give you a chance, if they’re able to. I will continue to do business with them indefinitely. I spent 2 weeks, if not more, running around and getting the run around, from everywhere I went. I was exhausted and at this point, I was ready to give up, but First Financial wasn’t going to let me give up, instead, they gave me a chance, which was all I needed in the first place, was a chance. Thank all of you for making me feel like family during this experience and purchase, from beginning to end, y’all are absolutely amazing people and have an amazing business and owner."

"This company didn’t seem to have a “people first” attitude nor professionalism attitude. Rude behaviors of employees and ignoring customers shouldn’t be accepted. Active listening techniques need to definitely be trained over. Failure to acknowledge a customer and not giving a customer 100% attention is what landed this review."
