"I have always had good service until lately, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. Spoke to others that work at airport they explained it. Quite simple really, just bad customer service. So I’ll take their advice and just move on. Shame really, one time the best around."

"The best in the region. Speedy and accurate attention to detail. A pleasure to meet them - and have them FIX my issue correctly the first time. I'll be back and I'll bring all my friends. You're missing an opportunity if you don't call Palmetto Avionics first."
"I could not possibly have enough good things to say about this shop. The tremendous work accomplished has completely revitalized my 74 model Mooney. I brought the plane into Palmetto Avionics based on a prior acquaintanceship with one of the mechanics, JC. JC helped me prior to even purchasing my aircraft, by identifying things that would absolutely need replaced as well as routes that could be taken to get what I needed. We went back and forth several times, with several different ideas on how to tackle this project within my price range, and the end result was perfect. Russ was very knowledgeable and great to talk with when I visited the shop. Evan met the open pilot requirements for my Mooney as well as being a Mooney owner himself and was able to make suggestions based on his experience, as well as taking my plane up prior to the work. (I had to leave the plane for several months due to a work endeavor.) Amanda made the financial and paperwork side of the process an absolute breeze. I was expecting a stack of papers like going to a car dealership, but instead it took a mere 15 minutes to sign and pay for everything. In a series of events in which we challenged Murphy's Law, JC bent over backwards to get our project done. He worked ridiculous hours, dealt with parts delays, powder coating environmental mishaps, as well as things just not fitting like they should (all while I was breathing down his neck for my moving deadline). In the end, we made it out the door on our deadline and flew the plane 12.4 hours over the weekend immediately following the test flight to our final destination. Every single thing that JC worked on was flawless. Approximate Work accomplished: Added second G5 for HSI Replaced comm panel with Garmin 345 Replaced GPS with Garmin GNC 355 WAAS Replaced KX155 with Garmin GNC 255 (VOR/ILS comm/nav) Reorganized, rewired, and rebuilt the entire panel"
"Russell, Abbas and Amanda are fantastic! Abbas took the time to show me his wiring skills and I appreciated his experience and expertise in making the repairs. Thanks again, I will be back."
