"Took a pair of pants there to be hemmed. It took several visits and several weeks to get them actually hemmed correctly. I thought it was just a one time poor experience, so I was willing to give it another opportunity. I recently took several flight suits for the military there to have velcro sewn on. After being told they would be done in a couple days, I called over a week later to see if they were done, and he said he was confused and would have them done the next business day. I received a call the next day saying they were done. When I went to pick them up, they weren’t done. Only half the work had been done and he refused to finish what I had asked for and still wanted to charge me $72 for sewing on FOUR pieces of velcro! Extremely overpriced for poor workmanship and poor service! I would look elsewhere if you need any alterations."

"Was charged $70 for alterations done to 3 shirts. After two different visits, one shirt still wasn't done correctly. Over priced and not the greatest attention to detail. Also lost my hangers that they were originally brought in on and replaced with cheap hangers."

"I called and asked the price of hemming the bottom and shoulder strap of my formal dress and was priced $15 each. So I took my formal dress to be altered. It was there for 3 weeks with today being the day it needed to be done. I went at noon to find it not done yet. He got it done by 330 and when I went to pick up the price was $125. I am so disappointed in the whole experience."
