"This is the only bank of America building we have in Beaufort and all 4 of their ATMs were not accepting deposits. I went inside to the teller (only one) to deposit my money and the line was so long. While I was waiting for my turn a customer service guy came out and instantly deposited a ladies check for her at the door! I was furious! The older guy in front of me was so mad too! The guy didn't ask if anyone else needed to deposit anything because their system is down. He just kept wandering around trying to look busy. The teller had her work cut out for her that day!!"
"This has to be by far one of the worst banking experiences I have witnessed. The tellers are lifeless and move as slow as they can. The managers do everything in their power to make you call a 1800 instead of actually tending to their guests. And I know some stuff has to be done over the phone but it’s literally anything a customer comes in for. There’s a tall skinny white male that works there and I guess he is a manager. Guy always looks like he is in pain and seems as though he tries to avoid customer interaction either by burying his face in a tablet or locking himself in his office. Oh and now they close at 4pm during the week. If your a working man good luck trying to do anything with them."

"I come here often for work. The lines are always SO long and there’s typically less then 2 tellers working at a time. When you do have your turn with the teller they rarely speak and often seem mad."
