"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I took two boxes of things up there nicely folded and neat. Only for them to take 1 thing and give me back a mess. 90% of things in the boxes were nicer than half the stuff they had in there to begin with. & not only that.. I now magically have a pair of American Eagle jeans missing… it’s a shame that you can’t trust anyone anymore."
"Best thrift shop in the world! I’ve been to like 10 Plato’s closets and hands down the best."
"i drove up to greenville TWO DAYS IN A ROW to sell clothes here. the first day they were closed at 5 even though online it said they closed at 9. today i came before 5 and called ahead to make sure they had availability. i came in with two big boxes of clothes and stayed in the store while they looked at them. i looked through some enamel pins and even bought 2. the young lady who checked me out was so nice but the girl who sorted my clothes and checked me in was SO RUDE. after i finished, i got a text my clothes were done. mind you, i was in there for less than 10 minutes and watched the girl barely go through one box and even took a little break to send a text or two. i have NEVER in my life while selling clothes have EVER been treated as poorly as that young lady treated me. i will NEVER waste my money, gas, or time on this establishment EVER again."
"I brought in 2 platform heels only worn once each and they told me they wouldn’t do well at the store and therefore they wouldn’t take them. Cool. Fine. Front desk people seem annoyed and too cool for customers. All of them half dressed. Made me feel stupid that I brought in shoes that wouldn’t sell like how dare I. I always waste my time here and not only that but their exterior is BUSTED. Sign complete smashed in. I regret coming here every time I do. There was one time 4 years ago I brought in 6-7 trash bags of clothes. They ripped all of the bags to shreds and then 4 minutes later texted me and said my order was done. They were taking 1 pair of athletic shorts and watched me take my ripped bags out the store as I dropped things. It wasn’t until I was almost done carrying everything, dropping stuff everywhere that they were like “do you need help?” Well not any more I’m almost done. Thanks for watching me struggle though ma’am. At least they have a sign now saying they don’t take things in trash bags. How nice."
"I have went to them four different times and they go through your clothes so fast and they don't take stuff that's on their brand list. And truthfully your items look better than some of the items that you have in there but they will not take it they pick out your new stuff and will not take any of your items which is unfair they need to figure out a new system of doing things truthfully I make more money at my sale then I do try to them... And also they are extremely rude in there they need to learn better attitudes to customers because we are the ones who are helping their business grow and evidently with a 3.5 is not great business"
