"This place was amazing! Saved the day for sure. I went in there looking for a tux literally the day before my wedding. They had it. And the ladies who helped me were amazing! I'm not going anywhere else when it comes to renting suits or Tuxes"

"I don't think this store is anything to brag about. The management there takes a lackadaisical approach about taking your measurements like they know your size without measurements. When I picked up tux , my pants they was 3 inches short and the jacket didn't fit. The attendant blamed it on who did the alterations, but I know it was her taking the measurements that she didn't take the time to even care about fitting you properly. I had to bring a tailor in with me the second time to make sure the tux fit right. The measurement taker felt insulted that he knew more about it than her, just by her snide remarks. When I returned tux I left an important court document on inside pocket of tux. I called for them check, and they kept yelling & insisting they clean all pockets when returned. The acted like i was accusing them of something. They would not double check for me, and I called twice. Not very professional. This store is lousy. I would recommend only the store downtown because I never had any issues like this. I may not even return there because of this issue."

They were super friendly and helpful, what I loved about it the most they were very attentive to my questions and thoughtful with their answers an it helped me with of them, also if you ever need a suit or a dress for the special occasion,please go by an check out my friends at Tomas & Sons believe me it's worth it!!!"

"Rude staff. Was rushed in and out because we showed up because we showed up 45 mins before closing time… My brother was in the dressing while changing and a staff member began banging on the door telling him to hurry up and that she was ready to go home. I’d rather show up to an event in a Speedo than get a suit from there. I guess next time we’ll take an entire day off and show up at opening so we don’t inconvenience the staff from working “over” (even though we left 15 mins before 5). I’ve had better customer service at a McDonalds."

"I have a wedding coming up and due to Covid the original tuxedo company I was working with is temporarily closed. Jeanne Thomas is absolutely amazing! She was personable, patient, and very accommodating. To have a company that is available and affordable during this pandemic was such a relief. I will definitely be shopping here for years to come!"
