"Called Glenn Plumbing because we have a sewer line clog causing waste water to back up into the house. I called them the day after Christmas, and I was understanding that it would take a while due to a big freeze that had just happened, and it being a holiday week. But here it is 1/12/23, and I have not received a single call back from them. I called them MULTIPLE times, and it was always "Oh. I'm sorry m'am. We are still catching up. Maybe tomorrow." I've had other friends in our area that say they never called them back either. If they don't want to service our area, that's fine, but to just leave customers hanging is not ok."
