"Had Harry Snyder do some work for us last year and everything was exceptional and we highly recommended him. Recently we have needed more work doing on the Coach and he has been difficult to deal with. Seldom returns text messages and if able to contact by phone he advises he will get back to you and you know you are going to be lucky if he does. I hate writing reviews like this as this is a very competent technician letting himself and his company down simply by not communicating. Most important thing in business is to communicate with your customers and Harry just doesn't do that hence the 1 star rating for what is a 5 star technician. Just to make matters even more interesting, after having written a posting on his Facebook page, he removed the comments although he kept the post pictures up as if we were a satisfied customer!!"
