"Thank you Vicki and Sam for your knowledge and expertise! Please be advised… Do not to use Mountain Motorsports in Roswell, Georgia. We took our jet ski in for service, the electric panel read that the key was not being recognized. After being contacted by the company that the issue was fixed, my husband went to pick up the jet ski. First of all, they had the incorrect keys for our jet ski. Further more, the display still showed the same issue, key was not reading. The tech had removed our one year old battery and replaced it with one of theirs, and thought the issue was fixed. That said, after speaking to the manager we did not have to pay the $400,- US dollar that we were billed for a diagnostic service and a battery, that wasn’t even needed in the first place. Once again, the jet ski still had the same issue and was never fixed. This is Watercrafters Service Description after the service at Mountain Motorsports… -Incorrect battery was installed by other shop. It was a flooded-cell type, incorrect model number.( they installed YN30L-B instead of YB30CL-B), which means the battery vent is in the incorrect location, and therefore the vent hose cannot be connected, which allows hydrogen gas to be vented into the hull( fire and/ or explosion hazard). Battery vent hose was disconnected when brought in, laying down in hull next to battery. We replaced the battery with correct sealed AGM type. FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD!?!?!? Our daughter and son are using the ski. Btw… the problem was 3 circuits on the bus bar. Bus bar was repaired and fuse box reinstalled, the jet ski was repaired. “DO NOT” trust in a beautiful façade. A business is only as good as their owners and technicians knowledge, which apparently is non existing at Mountain Motorsports. Putting people’s lives at risk, in harms way, possibly losing their life’s. I am utterly disgusted. We are immensely grateful for Watercrafters services, and for preventing a tragedy!!! We highly recommend their business, and moving forward will only use their services."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND Been using Watercrafters 10+ years. Reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and super friendly are just some of the words to describe Sam and Vicki at Watercrafters. I brought my WaveRunner in this week as it would not start. Expecting the worst, Vicki called and said because the battery died in the remote, I was “locked out”. Me not knowing any better, they could have very easily charged me for a new relay or new starter, but instead charged me less that $3 for a new remote battery."
