"Jackson Hewitt as normal was great to deal with. We ran into a small snag and everybody but especially a higher up all the way in Jacksonville 2 hours away from where I live stepped in and fixed the problem couldn't be any happier. So special props to Tonya John's a supervisor in Jacksonville I talked to at least 10 people over the last 3 or 4 days and she was by far and away the best of the bunch that I talked to, actually one of the better employees including all businesses I have ever talked to. Incredibly smart you could tell she absolutely cared about my situation and she completely followed through on every single thing she said she was going to do. Cannot thank her enough. I wish we had one of her at every business where I live, thank you Mike Gillespie."

"Positives: Excellent Customer Service and attention to detail provided by (Cindy I believe). Very professional, explained important aspects of the preparation that involved the children and credits, etc., bottom line increased my refund. Negative: DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ASK QUESTIONS with regards to the Financial Institution that Jackson Hewitt uses to provide you with an advance on your return. For the price you pay to have your taxes done, you should be afforded a partial advance! Don't be roped in with the big $1000.00 from the marketing dept. Do your research."
