"This company installed both a new AC and a new furnace for us a few years ago (2016). Since that time, we have had issues with both units. Our furnace was not heating, and it took four visits for them to determine the issue, get the right part, and repair it. The first time, they checked only the thermostat and not the unit! It took two more times for them to get the right part and make the repair. The owner was up on a ladder muttering while trying to resolve the issue, which was unsettling. Last spring, our AC wasn't cooling. They sent out a technician who didn't seem to know what to do. At each step, he was on the phone. He began adding freon to our unit but denied there was a leak. The owner's wife called us and also said we didn't have a leak (even though she is not a technician and wasn't present). We just had another company come out and tell us that there is absolutely no freon in our unit and that the evaporating coil is rusted. We are getting a second opinion on this costly repair. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your installation and repairs!"

"Unfortunately we have been very disappointed in Mike. He installed the units in our new home, we have had several issues since the install. Trying to get in touch with them to come back out has been a real ordeal, consistently missing appointments, rescheduling, then missing again. I’ve now had to hire another company to come fix their issues, this paying twice for the same work. Would not recommend."
